Steamed Rice Process

Steaming is defined as the process of heat transfer for cooking with the help of steam, which is obtained from boiling water.Steaming works by boiling water continuously, causing it to vaporize into steam; the steam then carries heat to the heat exchanger where cooking of paddy takes place.

Temperature is directly proportional to Ageing of Rice so as to increase the rate of ageing process we pass hot steam through paddy. To get the same characteristics as that of naturally aged rice within less time.
