Continuous Steam Rice Process System:During the process of steaming, paddy is in transit motion.
STEAMING: for increasing the temperature of paddy.
CONTINUOUS STEAMING is the process of increasing the temperature of paddy while paddy is in motion.

CONTINUOUS AGEING COOKER WITH SINGLE DRIER
INFRASTRUCTURE:
1) Storage Bin
2) Dynamic Ageing Cooker
3) LSU Drier
PROCESS:
It is similar to that of Static Ageing cooker with single drier but the main difference is static cooker is replaced with Gel cook station which helps in giving dynamic steaming to the paddy.
CONTINUOUS AGEING COOKER:
Our gel cook station can be used as dynamic ageing cooker. In gel cook we have 3pairs of alternate steaming and tempering zones of increased intensity of steaming.
With the flow of paddy from top to bottom, steaming of paddy takes place.  Monitoring of flow of paddy and control of temperature and retention time is fully achieved with the help of HMI based PLC system
